I am Kapil Dwivedi and have an electricity connection on my mother’s name Shiv Bati and the account #[protected] Sushil Nagar P.A Mawai Road orai.

We are in the area where Rural supply is there, but bill is given to us according to the urban slab. I contacted SDO orai but he said as the connection is for urban areas then we have to pay for urban area and no matter what supply is in our area is.

Per SDO checking...

I payed my bill online on 15oct.2018 by sbi debit card no.[protected] because of some network issues the payment of rs.3855. Done by me showed error that time, so i repeated thes process and again submitted my payment of some amount and got the deduction of payment twicely. So i, requested you to return my rs.3855. Thatsubmitted twice times wrongly.

We have taken three electricity connection in aligarh up by dvvnl with connection numbers 838535, 843018 and 843019 on 10-4-15, 4-6-15 and 17-8-15 respectively. On date 10-04-15, 04-06-15 and 17-08-15 our meter was connected on all connections in which first one is domestic while other two are commercial and metre show prices with reading in domestic connection of 2 kilowatt and 1345 units all up to 23-1-17 when our connection was cut off...
