E-ticket — Refund for cancelled Ticket

I booked a flight ticket from pune to Delhi on 13 Aug 2022 from travolook website of rs 3866 With Ref no -REF38405****. It was automatically cancelled and they mentioned the refund will be in 10-15 days. But still my money did not reflects in my account. I have called the customer support many times either they will say it will be reflect in next week or they will say it will be in 24 hr. When I am telling them to connect to senior than they will say we are working from home so we cant transfer. I had mailed them no. of times I request govt to please shut these type of company. I am really crusted calling again and again
