[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Amount got deducted from the account but no ticket confirmation | ||
I have booked a flight ticket through ease my trip on 16 June 2024. They have deducted my money but no ticket booked and pnr is also not generated. Upon calling their customer support, all they say is we did not receive your payment. The amount got successfully debited from the bank account using internet banking but Easemytrip is still denying it even on sharing the attached transaction details with them. Ease my trip booking id : EMT[protected]. Transaction slip is attached below. And transaction ref no. Please help me with it. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | ||
Jun 21, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved The amount was deducted by the bank and the same has been refunded on raising the issue with concerned bank. EaseMyTrip.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | ||

The amount was deducted from the bank account and never reached to EaseMytrip. On raising the same with the bank, they refunded the amount.
