I am writing to bring to your attention an unresolved issue regarding a refund for a cancelled flight booking with the following details:

PNR No.: YUZHFB and CTJKWJ
I cancelled the flight of one passenger ( Tusharika Sharma ) booking due to medical reasons, as advised by the doctor, which necessitated the passenger not to travel for 15 days. I have been informed by the airlines that refunds for both PNR payments were processed on 15th March, 18th March, and 28th March.
Despite these refunds being confirmed by the airlines, I have yet to receive the refund amount from EasyMyTrip. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter through your customer service channels, but the issue remains unresolved.
I kindly request your urgent intervention and assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the refund owed to me is processed and credited to my account at the earliest convenience.
