East Coast Railway — Coach Amenity.

Sir, I travel from Yesvantpur in the Train No: 12890 vide PNR [protected] on 19th Dec 2016 in coach No: S 5. I felt very uncomfortable due to the followings:
That, one of the Toilet window was opened and can be viewed from the outside.
That, the toilets were emitting foul smell from the beginning.
That, there were no provision for Mobile charger, hanger, water bottle keeping provision etc.
That, the windows could not be locked & the condition of the coach windows were worst.
Hence proper maintenance is lacking.
