Complaint No. [protected], Dt. 30.09.2015. your service engineer attended on 01.10.2015 and informed that power supply is improper, but never checked the monitor which is not correct procedure. The warranty is being completed on 16.10.2015. We advised him for doing joint inspection with the power supply persons of Railways for joint investigation to fix the power supply problem, but he refused to do so. once again you are hereby informed to rectify the problem within the warranty period, to avoid further action.
