I had called Easy cab on 31st Aug 2014 around 11:15 pm and booked a cab on 1st September 2014 at 8am. The guy on line took the booking and informed that it was booked. I reconfirmed with the Rep whether I can consider the booking as confirmed and he said yes. Later I received a booking ref # A[protected].
On 1st September 2014 I had got ready with family and a 1 year old infant. At 7:30 am I receive a message that due to non availability of cabs they cannot process the booking. I spoke to lady named Asha on the call centre and she was utterly useless. All she was saying was Sorry. I had a important event to attend to and I had to call 7 different cab companies spending money and time. Later I got a cab at 11 am from some other company.
Is this is the kind of service we expect? What if I had made a booking to Airport? I am very disappointed with the extremely irresponsible behaviour by the company. If they don't have a cab inform us at the time of booking. I take confirmation as a confirmation not as a joke.
These kind of irresponsible behaviour should be penalised. I request the authorities to take severe action so that the consumers should not be affected. Was this information helpful? |
