Yesterday due to the fault in the metro line I was struggling to book a Cab from Mayur Vihar Extension Metro Station to Dwarka. I tried many cab services to provide cab at the earliest possible but in vain... Then I called Easy Cabs to provide me and they promised me one... At that time I thanked my stars as they were ready to provide me with a cab within 15-20 mins... This happiness soon faded away as I received no sms from the company. I called the customer care and they sent me my details. My booking ID was B[protected]. Me and my friend kept waiting at the metro station for another 5 mins waiting for the cabdriver to call... Eventually I called him up at 7:55 pm to ask about his whereabouts...
I was shocked to find out that he was catering to some other client of his.
I tried calling the agency but they seemed to be taking forever to take my call. Also when they answered... they turned down the call without even listening and sent me the same confirmation msg again. I called up the chauffer again at around 8:05pm to forward my complaint as after repeatedly trying I was not able to get through any customer care representative. I was hit by another shock. Instead of helping us out the cab driver clearly denied my request and left us to deal the matter on our own with the company.
This kind of laid back attitude was not expected from such a reputed cab service and that too for ladies... I had to eventually look for another cab service and the company was not even bothered. I wonder how many people suffer because of this careless attitude of theirs. This should be taken very seriously. Was this information helpful? |
