As there is no complaint forum or email id is provided by Easy cab I am sharing my complaint over here. I have booked a cab from My home Jangpura Extension to Delhi station. Easy cab send me a car with chauffeur who was totally unprofessional didn't know the basic routes in Delhi and was very rude when he called me. He asked me to call back to him as he didn't want to waste his mobile recharge. Then he denied to come to my place as he cant understand the address. Then I asked him to wait near the nearest landmark so that I can take the cab from there to my house so that my elderly parent can take it but again he had his attitude and asked me that he is not going to my place. After a short heated argument he even said he is not going. Finally I Called Easy-cab even then they said sorry but cant arrange for a car. On the last moment me and my family were forced to take Auto to reach the station.
