[Resolved]  Easygotrip — Refund of ticket

I had booked a round trip from Delhi to Chennai on the 28th of October '14 vide booking reference number: ET 48514 for the flight AI-430, amount Rs 10, 492.00. My booking was rejected due to fare change. I recieved an email stating that my money will be refunded within the next 72 hours. It is the 6th of November today and i still have not received my money back. My I had spoken on to a person from the customer service department on chat and she informed me that the money would be credited to my account by the 4th of November '14. Please refund the money as soon as possible as it is becoming an inconvenience for me.

I had booked a spicejet ticket on easygotrip.com which got cancelled.Now they are not refunding my money.When i spoke to them, they said they are working on it and will be refunded within 9 days.However, its been more than 9 days and i am still waiting for my money.Please help me in getting my money back.

Hi,

I booked the flight from Bangalore to Trivandrum for 6th dec 2015 on 2nd dec 2015 for 5607 INR.

Booking Ref Number:- ET3WGLAAXM

My credit card got debited but I did not receive the e - ticket. After that, I called them and they told me that I will receive it in 5-10 minutes. But i did not. After that, I was told that my ticket is not booked because rates have increased. I asked them to refund me the money. Then I was told that my money will get into the wallet. That's all.

After that, I have not received any mail, my money going nowhere and they are not receiving call.

I am literally frustrated with them.

If you are interested, we can all lodge crimical case against them.
