Last to last year (24.10.2022) I canceled air ticket, till date I have not received the refund yet, according to company policy the refund should come within 45 to 90 days.. but even after more than 400 days I did not get the refund..
I am sending regular mails, I am not able to understand how much more time it will take, I always get a reply saying wait for a few more days....

Sir, I have booked the Air tickets through HappyEasy Go site in the month March 2020 and due to lock down and the cancellation of flights by the respective Airlines I have not travelled during the period.

I cancelled a flight with penalty in April. It was an indigo flight. The flight ticket was around 14000 and after penalty deduction of 6000+ they owed me the rest. I wrote multiple mails to Indigo, Happyeasygo and several calls to both, most of which went unanswered. I had made a hotel booking through HappyEasyGo on 8th April, 23 for the same day. I got the confirmation from the site and my money (~3750) got deducted as well. On reaching the hotel, the staff mentioned that they are not even registered on HappyEasyGo! Their support lines were unreachable
