I had booked a air ticket through your site which Booking ID was EMT[protected]. Due to operational issues, the flight was cancelled and also a cancel request forwarded on 25 Feb 2024. However, after seven working days, the full refund was not processed. When i contacted with customer care they told me to be refund the same post receive from air lines. In addition, i also spoke to air lines, they just informed to get your refund from your booking agency.
Secondly, easy my trip denied to refund and told me that the flight was not cancelled it was on schedule. When i gave a conference call with air line and easymytrip agency, the easymytrip agency assured for refund.
Despite numerous contact with easymytrip, i neither get my full refund nor any satisfied reply.
Thirdly, i booked my air ticket for myself (Single booking), how it became a group booking. Please clarify and also request to refund the full amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
