Copy pasting mail to eazyshoppee, I am steadily sending reminders but not even an acknowledgment mail has come by so far.

Hi Mr. Ramesh,

I received the text books and note books for order no. Order ID : ESC/OR/4460 yesterday. Thank you for the same. However, couple of books are missing in the bundle - details are below, please help provide the same asap as the school has started and without text book it will be very difficult and student will be punished.

1) Hindi Text book, I have received wrong text book for Std 6th instead of 5th Std. - Image attached for your reference.
2) Talent worksheet Mathematics - not received - Image attached for your reference.
3) Talent worksheet Science - not received - Image attached for your reference.

For all the above, the amount has been paid in full. Kindly provide the same at the earliest. You can collect the 6th Std Hindi text book while exchanging the 5th text book. Your cooperation is highly appreciated. Your no. is not being answered at all. Hence writing this mail to you for your earliest action.
