[Resolved]  Eazyshoppe — Request for refund

I have ordered a book bundle on eazyshoppe.com on 11'th may 2017. Later i found the book was wrongly ordered, then i cancelled the order on 20'th may.

As per the company policy they have to initiate the refund within 15 days of cancellation. But nothing has happend after kept on calling the same number[protected] again and again. They do not have a customer representative to address the issue.

Its more than a month now, they have not done any refund so far. I am really frustrated and waiting for my hard end money.
