Hi Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a product by club factory (https://www.clubfactory.com/) and due to product quality issue raised return request to the company and product should pickup by "ecomexpress.in" but whenever I am calling to this number +[protected], each day they are replying call after 30 minutes or will it pickup in next 24 hours.

I am frustrated with ecomexpress customer care service and due to this till today I did not get refund amount.

Requesting to you kindly look into this issue and do the needful for same.
