Respected sir, the courier company ecomexpress.in received my parcel from apexel.com on 3rd May and didn't deliver my parcel on due date without any reason. The website showed 6th May as the last update of my parcel in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu . When contacted their customers care number, they denied to solve my issue and asking me to contact their email. I never encountered such non sense before.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a product by club factory (https://www.clubfactory.com/) and due to product quality issue raised return request to the company and product should pickup by "ecomexpress.in" but whenever I am calling to this number +[protected], each day they are replying call after 30 minutes or will it pickup in next 24 hours.
