Dear sir,

I am vivek kumar singh resident of bihar, i have taken education loan of 2lakh 80 thousands and 500 rs this amount sanctioned in sep 2014, now when i want to repay i asked to branch manager about subsidy amount he is saying that "kyu paresan kr rhe ho[protected] to subsidy aate hain", but i saw on portal that all interest should be borne by government, sir i am eligible for subsidy still i did not get it.
