[Resolved]  Education Loan — education loan subsidy not getting

I have taken education loan of 4 lakhs in period of 2012-16, at that time no one is informing me regarding subsidy right now i am asking for subsidy to bank and they told me you didn't claim any subsidy till now that's why we can't provide you this service right now. What can i do please help me to solve this and and how to claim now and get my subsidy, if anybody doesn't any scheme then bank have to inform the consumer regarding this but no one is there .
