I applied for a Diploma in Biostatistics in July 2012. It took them 10 months (and repeated persuasion) to provide a syllabus. Then the exams were sent 2 weeks later than promised, and they were horrible! 2 problems in a statistics paper - rest theory with so many spelling and grammatical errors as well as questions with partial data. And the questions were so simple anyone in High school could have answered it! For example "Write short notes on standard deviation". The third paper was the wrong subject. The 4th paper was copied straight from a Business statistics paper online - with questions on per capita income etc. After repeated requests, there has still be no clarity. I am trying to get a refund, but no luck so far. Please don't waste your money on a course unless you want a certificate with no value!

When asked for the syllabus they said : "you tell me what efforts as far as students you have taken to make it a point to send us the model papers even"
I was also told that I could take an online exam where I would just sign in and they would give a good grade!

Have all the correspondence which can be provided as evidence for the same.

They have replied that they can't give me the proper papers as "... previously you were already given the option to set the question papers according to you & get it approved."

This is the type of institution that they are. They want the students to provide the papers, the study material, and the syllabus!!
