As we are working on social work we work for to uplift the underprivileged and neglected communities through education on community
Development, and capacity building of community leader or youths, we provide them complete training on skill development so that they can get into the real world, along with that we provide complete training on IT field regarding giving them work as we all know that now a days unemployment took a place on society, that's why we have to make them ready for future with some real experience and the person who wrote the comment may be he was not interest in working on real profession, we are not a consultancy company to provide job and all, but we put our all efforts and tie up with more number of IT company so that we can place them in order basis and according to their capability, we organized more number of interviews and provide working place for most of the youth, so that they can be creator of their own future.

Who said Niyatee foundation is fraud. I know this organization since last 3 years.It works rally very good for the society. I think the people who can not tolerate the popularity of this organization, disreputable to abuse the organization. But this is not fare at all.

OMG…. Pls do not talk on assumption. And what popularity… come and check how much cases are pending on them… they are not going on hearing. They are hiding their faces. So pls don’t support wrong organisation.

One unfortunate instance stemming from my own bitter experience is related to my brief and torturous working with NIYATEE FOUNDATION who is playing with innocent and gullible women not of upper strata but marginal groups
With their projected lofty idealism firstly they lured me and made me to believe that it would be worth the experience and I toiled hard the day in and day out
But to my displeasure I could figure out that there is a negative and heart breaking pattern in their working which is devoid of all ethics and all big talk of idealism and high they project is just an eyewash … no Induction training no sensitisation policy was in practise
At the outset I was given vague projects and no assistance of any kind was given to me and whenever I raised any valid or reasonable query I was silenced by some unnecessary excuse or distraction …no credits or cooperation or inspiration was given but discouraging behaviour was rife which was bad in taste and demeaning, I could infer that it is not my cup of tea but a trap of exploitation behind the shield of high words meaning nothing .

I was forced to quit and when I raised the issue of my unpaid salary, they demanded food cost which was never told at any point of time. Neither at the time of joining them or working with them.It was misleading and delaying tactics on their part to discourage me and to usurp wrongfully my dues.
I was advised to quit the job and not to raise the issue by simply applying the policy of forget and forgive
But I felt sickly and disgusting this kind of unethical and blatantly dishonest behaviour which was indicative of their ### mentality and devilish designs to hoodwink credulous people who are innocent and needy.
I came across many girls in NIYATEE FOUNDATION running by Mr Nirmal Panda and Itishree Panda.

One of the most worst organization in Odisha.skill Development education Dalal They fool to (OTDS, DDUGKY) Orisa Tribal Development Society, Din Dayal Upadhay Gramin Kausal Yajona student. Always serve worst quality food do not follow Menu. This organization show something out side to others but from inside they fully worst. I myself also a live example of that worst food. And few old female employees are also pet of Normal Panda. Who always tried to humiliated new joiners with his vulgar language and also in terms of many issues in the office. MD Nirmal panda manner less behavior to female staff members is another worst experience that organization. Which leads me to leave the organization.
