One unfortunate instance stemming from my own bitter experience is related to my brief and torturous working NGO namely NIYATEE FOUNDATION who is playing with innocent and gullible women not o[censored]pper strata but marginal groups
With their projected lofty idealism firstly they lured me and made me to believe that it would be worth the experience and I toiled hard the day in and day out
But to my displeasure I could figure out that there is a negative and heart breaking pattern in their working which is devoid of all ethics and all big talk of idealism and high they project is just an eyewash … no Induction training no sensitisation policy was in practise
At the outset I was given vague projects and no assistance of any kind was given to me and whenever I raised any valid or reasonable query I was silenced by some unnecessary excuse or distraction …no credits or cooperation or inspiration was given but discouraging behaviour was rife which was bad in taste and demeaning, I could infer that it is not my cup of tea but a trap of exploitation behind the shield of high words meaning nothing .

I was forced to quit and when I raised the issue of my unpaid salary, they demanded food cost which was never told at any point of time. Neither at the time of joining them or working with them.It was misleading and delaying tactics on their part to discourage me and to usurp wrongfully my dues.
I was advised to quit the job and not to raise the issue by simply applying the policy of forget and forgive
But I felt sickly and disgusting this kind o[censored]nethical and blatantly dishonest behaviour which was indicative of their ### mentality and devilish designs to hoodwink credulous people who are innocent and needy.
