I had made a payment of 190$ for TOEFL which was unsuccessful and yet the amount was debited from my account. I had sent multiple mails to TOEFL regarding this and didn't receive any response. I made complaint on PAYPAL for the same issue as ETS was being unresponsive and rather than providing refund the TOEFL account shows I have outstanding dues and cannot access my scores. So now I need to pay 214$ to just access my scores. There is no solution provided by the customer care representative as they are just saying that my issue is under review for the past 2 months. This is just unprofessional and unethical behavior from ETS. Was this information helpful? |
