I registered for TOEFL exam but the order was unsuccessful and yet I was charged the amount. I made a complaint regarding this to TOEFL and got a mail indicating that my issue was under review and it will be refunded. It has been 2 months now and I have made complaints but got no response. Finally i made complaint through PAYPAL and they said the amount will be refunded within 20 days. Now rather than providing refund ETS TOEFL shows that I have outstanding dues as charge back fees. Due to this I cannot access my exam scores. My deadlines are closing in and their customer representatives are of no help as they keep on reiterating the same thing that the issue is under review and they cannot do anything further.
