As discussed on call reference of[protected] order number we ordered " Girls blue embellished sleeveless LED party dress. While tracking status i called on [protected] Flipkart ecart service for update the status but they revert as our executive will call as they are busy.I got call from [protected] number replied me as pincode number not updated for re-registration send us 2rs through your registere what's up and UPI account number.
Today morning i have received message as 3900 debited from my account.

I want to report fraud request & investigate with your legal team to take action.

Attaching my order & transaction details along with contact details from fraud team.

Fraud 1 number:- [protected]
Fraud 2 number:- [protected] from this number we received.apk file to send money.

Transaction details:-
Sent Rs.3969.00 from Kotak Bank AC X5989 to googleads axisbank on 22-12-23.UPI Ref[protected]. Not you, kotak.com/fraud

    One of the worst services, it has been 3 days now I am following with the team for my delivery. The package arrived near my location on 18th December 2023 and I get the delivery would be today message till 21st December 2023. Everyday I call the number and I get the message it would be delivered tomorrow. Now today when the checked the tracking found that every day even when I followed up the message was Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to:[protected] and today (22nd Dec 2023) it is mentioned as Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT.

    If you guys are not capable enough to deliver, you could have at least informed me when I called to come and collect the package myself. There is not even a proper Contact Us in the official website to call or Escalate.

      I ordered some products worth rs 2680, two days back ekart agent came for delivery, but i didn't got any otp, so he refused to deliver it, the guy attempted for 2 days it doesn't worked, i talked to their manager he also says its not our policy with out otp we can't do anything, we cant deliver if they return it i will lose my courier charge i payed around 300 for it, pls pls stop doing like this, deliver my parcel, my phone don't receive any otp i dont know why, pls send it to my email id instead.

          I had ordered a product from Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered at my home. The delivery guy calls me and ask me to come where the place where he standing. Was five minutes away from my home so I told him to come near my home so he said me, he was not able to locate. so I asked him to come near the address and I’ll pick him up so I went to pick him up and he says that he won’t be coming to my home to deliver it since I am already here also it was an open box delivery and he started opening my product, my delivery on the street itself. I requested him to come to my home so I can check the product according to my convenience at my home if it’s working or everything how am I able to check the product on the street itself if it’s working on not working or everything else is fine also what he said me is, we do the same for everyone and if you want then take it or I’ll cancel it.               I Received product from flipkart and i Pay for that 1609 Rs via Gpay to delivery agent but delivery agent not updated delivery status online and now i wanted to return my product but online not showing my delivery details and the fill lost the product and now i they not give me any answer. i short they sold the product in black.

Now flipkart status showing that the order has been delivered but the item has not been received yet. Delivery boy is not picking the call. I wish to take some action against him too.

                          I have ordered a product in Flipcart on 8th Dec 2023 and it got delivered to me on 13th Dec 2023 through E-KART LOGISTICS...The tracking Id is FMPP[protected]...

                          Because of the Size issues, i ordered for a smaller size and made a replacement.. It was expected to delivered to me on 18th DEC 2023...

                          On 18th Dec 2023, i received a message from EKART that my product will get delivered on that day along with the tracking id and PIN - 187... Let me share the exact message that i received on 18th Dec 2023...

                          Out for Delivery (Replacement): sashu Combo pack Of 3 Women... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com will be delivered on successful pickup verification, today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 187). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

                          I called the delivery person on 18th Dec 2023 at around 6.30 pm to get confirmed about the delivery that day...That useless delivery boy said he will deliver it within that night... But Without delivering it to me, the status was falsely updated as the product got delivered and exchange was accepted today... When i called that idiot around 10pm that night and queried, he said he will deliver it for sure on the next day morning...but for time being i have updated as delivered he said... i just knodded my head believing him of his heavy delivery service the whole day... i made a great mistake pittying that useless fellow and accepted his words...

                          That stupid useless cheating delivery boy had not delivered the product the next day (19th dec 2023)...
                          But the status was again reupdated as the product delivered on 19th dec, 2023.. I had called him N number of times even till now but the call is redirected to the EKART CUSTOMER SERVICE asking to enter my mobile number followed by the 3 digit PIN they had sent... when i did the same, it is been said by the connected voice that the PIN is incorrect...
                          But 187 is the PIN they had sent to me and now they say its incorrect..

                          I just need my product and warn that stupid delivery boy...
                          Please take Strict action towards their attitude... if they cant deliver, why do they work under this...
                          Just take strict action towards him..

                            Dear Team,

                            I have ordered Raymond slim fit men black trouser size 30 colour black on 03rd Dec 23 which has been shipped by Ekart Logistics with tracking id : FMPP[protected] and delivered on 06th Dec 23 at 06:48 pm on the wrong address by the delivery person.

                            May i know the contact details for the person who was responsible for the delivery to ask for the address where he has delivered the parcel.

                            Please look into this issue and let me know the resoltuion as soon as possible.

                              I use to buy electronic components online. I ordered and sent through ekart logistics. These guys didnt turn up and updated the order as Order Rejected and saying as RTo, but it has given back to the ordered company. Now the product is missing, My money is gone. Customer care is not working. Finally I got a direct number and called them. They refused to give any information and will be handever to the originator. But till not not handed over.

                                I ordere something from mynthra, and it reaches for our for delivery 3 days back, the delivery agent is not at all contacted and didn't delivered my products, today I called that number provided in website they were saying they won't deliver the products to doorstep if I want those I should go to their respective office and. Have to collect from there this is not at all fair why should go to some where and collect my parcel everything is included in the price we paid right while ordering itself the delivery fee and all, now again why we have to somewhere and collect our parcels pleas resolve this issue.

                                    I have order a product by Flipkart online shoping apps . my order to be deliver on 14 December 2023 but my order not deliver till date. my order reached on Wednesday 13 December 06:06pm moradabad hub. I visit Lodhipur hub and i requested them to delivered my product to me but they reply me we have packed and shiped your order to our pakwada office to delivery. then i visit pakwada office to collect my order. when i ask to pakwada office about my order they reply me we did not receive yet any load we will receive that at night and we will surely deliver your product.
                                    when i track my order in the morning i found off my order is moved to any yakubpur. how can they send my product return or any other city to without trying to delivery . they didn't call me even i my number last night to connect with me .
