Delaying the delivery even though I am available

I ordered an apple watch on 13th April 2025. My order shipped on time and came to my nearest hub on 16th April. The delivery date was 16th April. I received a message from Flipkart to confirm if I am available for delivery.
I confirmed that I am available. The Ekart changed the delivery date on their own to 17th and 18th April. I did not authorize the change in delivery date.

Forcing to cancel the order

Delivery person did not deliver the order instead asking me to share cancellation OTP over the phone.

Even though the correct postal code mentioned in the website he is telling that wrong postal code mentioned in the order.

Feel bad Delivery boy behaviour.

Without any reason he cancelled my order and I went to office for verification he came for beating. It's like rowdyism going on there.

In next step I will tweet in twitter with tagging all Flipkart management if you guys not responding.

When I call back the Ekart delivery agent number provided on the Flipkart application, I always get a message saying the delivery agent is busy or on another call. Additionally, if the delivery agent calls me, it shows that I am not available. It seems that my number might be blocked by Ekart.
