I live in gangtok. ive about 5 mins away from the gangtok hub of ekart in sikkim. i had delivery due from ekart. today i checked my tracking id, and it says that the package was out for delivery this morning. i did not recieve an sms from ekart that the delivery was being made, nor the delivery boy called. now it is past 7 PM. before this also, i had another package due. they sent me an sms with the wrong contact number. then i had to track the delivery boy. he recieved the call and made me wait for about three hours before he even refused to show up saying he did not get a cab! he postponed the delivery himself to the next day! i was shocked at the carelessness of ekart service. the next day also early in the morning i recieved an sms saying my package was out for delivery, again with a wrong number that was switched off for the whole day. then i decided to go to the hub itself and ask for my package. found out that the delivery boy had not even shown up for work. but still they sent me the message..and updated the tracking id to saythey were unable to deliver because i did not respond to their call! damn careless and damn disappointing. ekart cannot be trusted. at all!
