My consignment arrived on 21/05/2022 and ekart delivery agent has called me and requested to change delivery date to 23/05/2022 as it was too late in the night to deliver on 21/05/2022.Accordingly I've changed the date of delivery to next working day 23/05/2022.from there on, delivery date has been changed to 25/05/2022 and 27/05/2022 without my consent and finally rejected to deliver stating customer out of delivery area. The worst delivery logistics i had never seen before. I want to give rating of -100 but iam unable to do so as it has to be rated on a scale of 1-5.finally don't prefer ekart logistics as your delivery partner as they dont know how to provide better services to customer
