Update on the situation. My order was cancelled on 12th midnight by the seller without providing me any information, with no prior intimation and without my consent and when I asked for a reason, flipkart executives said shipment damage. When I asked them if that is the case I should’ve got a replacement instead of cancelling the product, they responded by saying they are not able to deliver and there is nothing they can do about it. I was on multiple calls with them and raised multiple complaints on flipkart site for resolution and they reluctantly deny me support. Yesterday afternoon I got an email saying that the seller cancelled because the delivery is taking too long and he didn’t want me to wait. This answer shows how they are trying to cover up their error by throwing a bunch of lies at me. I would like to approach consumer court to settle this as this situation has put me through mental agony and a lot of embarrassment along with being affected financially as well. Please support.
