Ekart Logistics — Delay of 5 days in delivering my product

I have placed an order for iPhone 14 on 7th Oct 2023 during the sale window. The promised delivery was on the same day. I live in Bangalore and still I haven’t received my product till now. I contacted flipkart and their response was just an apology for delay. No proper information was provided and one time I have also mentioned that the delivery location was set to my office because the delivery was delayed and had to change it from home to office address. They said they will deliver at the earliest and then the order was updated to out for delivery. I tried contacting the delivery executive multiple times during the day and the evening, but the call never went through. It was always unreachable or was busy. I waited till 7:50 PM in the office and then left for home. Then at 8:05 PM the delivery executive called and said they are coming for delivery and wanted to confirm if I am at the delivery site and they have said that they are coming from the road where I was, so I asked them if they can stop at the dominos nearby, I will be waiting there. The response from the delivery executive was he can’t as there are more orders to deliver and asked me to reschedule this. I particularly mentioned that this is my office address and please attempt the delivery during the day. I waited till now and there was no response from the delivery team. Please help me in getting my product delivered to me.

Update on the situation. My order was cancelled on 12th midnight by the seller without providing me any information, with no prior intimation and without my consent and when I asked for a reason, flipkart executives said shipment damage. When I asked them if that is the case I should’ve got a replacement instead of cancelling the product, they responded by saying they are not able to deliver and there is nothing they can do about it. I was on multiple calls with them and raised multiple complaints on flipkart site for resolution and they reluctantly deny me support. Yesterday afternoon I got an email saying that the seller cancelled because the delivery is taking too long and he didn’t want me to wait. This answer shows how they are trying to cover up their error by throwing a bunch of lies at me. I would like to approach consumer court to settle this as this situation has put me through mental agony and a lot of embarrassment along with being affected financially as well. Please support.
