Have ordered a watch from Tata cliq..I didn't liked the watch due to that I have returned the original product..EKART Was the returning pater to return to the merchant..
After delivery boy checking the product I have shared the OTP to him..here the delivery person changed the original product I returned to a dummy watch it is not under the condition as well..
I am fighting with tata cliq team from the last one..after that one of CS management team has mentioned that merchant received wrong product that I have returned original product but merchant received wrong product so in between only delivery person has option to change the product...
I have returned on last month may 10th with my register mobile number

Please take a serious action on that delivery person because of this kind of cheap tricks with the customer..
