Ekart Logistics — Delivery Status

I am facing very poor service regarding my delivery of the product.

First it was mentioned it will get delivered by tomorrow 11pm when i ordered on 5th October.
Then it got updated to 11 October
Then it got updated to 13 October.
And now its 14 Oct, its updated now as 18 October.
