Dear Sir,
Today we received a courier of Ekart: TOPC[protected]
whereas there is no address of the sender on it nor is any bill of the product.
After paying the amount through GPAY we opened the Packet and found a defective product in it.
There is no tracking on the sender on it from who it has been sent ...
Our money is paid to you kindly block it to be paid to the sender ... receiving the fake product and fake parcel being sent...
Request you to kindly provide me with the sender details which are registered in your shipping address...
