I had ordered a Crocs slipper from Flipkart. But when order was delivered, it was a low quality slipper by the company name "PSW" size number 6. Then, I requested a return for the product. The delivery boy from ekart came to get the product but he just clicked the photo of that product and went off saying he could only collect the product the next day according to the policy. Later that day I got a message form ekart saying the return request was rejected and the reason being "missing content" even though the product was completely intact.
I filed the return request again and the delivery boy called me the next day saying that he had come to pick the product. But he had not come and the call was for the sake of formality. Later I again got the message that return request was rejected the reason being "I had chose to keep the product". I have again raised a return request but this time there's no response at all from ekart. This behaviour from ekart and the delivery boy is very much unexpected and inappropriate. I request my return to be completed as soon as possible.
