I ordered a onBank Supreme Books Pack 2020-21 (English Edition) (Paperback, Adda247 Publications), TGK Flip Cover for Realme Pad 10.4 inch Tablet on 14 april 2022 through prepaid method.on flipkart.
It showed expected delivery date as 20 april 2022.. But my product has reached Nellore(nearest) Hub on 16 april 2022 itself, but still they postponed my order to 20 april 2022 saying my order is out of delivery area (Pincode- Address mismatch) which is completely fake. They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pin-code and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order., but today they cancelled my order and put replacement for product saying shipment issues and posponed to april 30 2022 which is very unfair and too long .I want an compensation of rs1000 for automatically cancelling order and put replacement request and prolonged delivery date for replacement product without my consent. So i demand Ekart to give me compensation of rs1000 for cheating me and mentally torturing mre
