[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Order ID: OD[protected] I did not receive my flip cart product but got a delivery confirmation notification

Product is not delivered to me but got delivery notification message.
I got call from wish master for delivery but he denied to deliver at door step and he asked me to take from far location.
After that i got delivery notification message on my number. but product did not handover to me. I don't know without handover the product how delivery agent update the status as delivered. there was not option as OTP based delivery. so he had a control in his hand to update delivered product without delivery OTP. He might have kept himself or thrown some where and updated as delivered. Behavior of delivery person is very rude and unprofessional person. I have already raised a complaint with flip cart customer support. please look into the matter on urgent basis.
