Dear sir / madam,
I did an online purchase from the hatke mobile accessories. They send my shipment via ekart from delhi to kerala (Kannur district). Shipment tracking number is srtc[protected].
As per my request my shipment reached in kannur hub on 24 th july. Until now they did four times out for delivery. But didn't came any delivery to my area. Last on 29th july evening 4:38 they called me and informed that delivery boy reach here, he is near by my area. I was waiting until 6 pm. No one came here for delivery.
This company have no any customer service contact number or any enquiry number or any toll free number.
When they contacted that number, we cannot callback that number. Its not connect directly. As per their instruction i added my number and pin followed by their number. But it cannot reached. I will add that number here.. Please check. +[protected]. This number not located in my district. Connect call from their hub.
I have complaint against their kannur hub. I will give pictures of their office location and address. Today i reached their and check with them. They said that shipment rejected and rtn. I saw many people came there with so many complaints like this. Please take any action immediately.
I think no need that hub in future. Very bad experience in my life.
