I have placed an order (ID - 5QWR3DDVQQR6) through CRED and the shipment was sent through the delivery partner Pickrr & ekart (ORDER ID - #34722; Tracking ID in pickrr - WSPP[protected]) . On May 16, 2022, the shipment was out for delivery at evening. The delivery executive didn't called me for delivery and even I too didn't received the contact number either but the status is updated as order delivered within few hours. I tried reaching to ekart and the call goes to Flipkart where my issue cannot be looked as it is with ekart. I contacted CRED and my issue is still pending and not received any update on the issue handling and resolution.
This is a paid order where I used my reward points and discount coupon. and I am frustrated because of this. There is no customer care number for ekart where it goes for only to flipkart. Also, they won't ask for pin/otp while delivering like other delivery partners.
