Ekart Logistics — Very bad and rude behavior of delivery boy

Very very good service. Hence, I'll never order anything from flipkart again after facing such horrible, rudest behavior & disrespect. On 19 May, Rimu Singh, delivery boy of Ekart for Flipkart, of Dimapur, Nagaland, delivered my product. He was shouting & talking to me so badly bcz I gave the feedback. He warned not to write such things or else he won't deliver the products from next time, told me to take from office. He was talking very very rudely, shouting. Is it a part of his job to see the feedback and then come and shout and show rudeness to customer? People were passing by & this fellow was talking and shouting so badly, why u wrote such things, did I talk with u roughly? He talked very very rudely. Even after seeing such behavior, I only told him sorry multiple times & this fellow didn't even say sorry. He was shouting at me, talking so badly, still I didn't say him anything rudely or talked loudly. But he was talking worst while I didn't even say him anything rudely in return.
On 20 May, he came for pickup, again he talked much more rudely, badly & shouted because I complaint to his office about his behaviour he showed on 19 May. He's like whenever he hears any feedback and complain about him from ekart office, he'll come & shout, talk rudely next day to me why I complaint. Office people tells him about his complain, he told he felt sorom infront of all, so next day he comes and shouts, talks rudely wit me infront of my area people to make me embarrass. Office told him that I complaint, so he came & showed much more temper, more rudeness and shouted. Is it a part of his job that after complain goes to office, he will come back and show his anger, rudeness & disrespectfully talking. He talked so badly, rudely wit me on 19 May, I didn't say him anything in return, rather told him sorry. Isn't it my consumer right to complain about such? But again he turned up with much more rudeness, anger, shouting. I too him that I wrote on feedback what was true. I didn't mention anywhere that u behaved roughly. I only wrote about the money issue. Bcz I sent the feedback, he talked so badly. Again he talked much more bad, rudely bcz I complaint for his behavior. Means it's like whenever he'll hear any complain of him & he gets to listen scolding from his office, he will come next day & shout, talk rudely show anger on me.
When I told him dat he behaved with me so badly on 19 May, but he didn't even say sorry once, rather I only told sorry. He told me why will I say sorry. When he came on that day saying why I complaint of him, he was talking very disrespectfully, addressed me as 'toi' in nagamese. While we being customer give respect to delivery boys too as 'apni' and 'aap'. If he saw the feedback, he has no right to come & shout, talk so rudely with customer. I was just listening quietly. Why the hell he got angry when I complaint of him. Bcz I complaint, he got more angry. He was even saying that other delivery boys complain about me, whereas I never complaint or wrote anything bad of delivery boys. They use to say such of consumers.
This type of delivery boy is very toxic Rimu Singh, he saw that complain came for him, his money deducted, office staff must have scolded him, so next day, he comes up and showed rebellious violent behaviour and rudeness to me in front of my colony people. If I complain of him again, he will again come up near my house and disrespect me in front of people, talk loudly, very rudely. A girl got such big injustice. These type of boys are toxic, he will say bad of me to other delivery agents and other people. That's what they do. Backbiting.
I faced lot of humiliation and disrespect, so dear ekart, kindly take very strict and harsh action for such delivery boy who, comes and behaves so rudely, shouts and disrespect a girl after seeing feedback and hearing complaints of him.
