We have palced our complain directly also, but no response received. Actually i have purchased a chimney online. They have mentioned it as 1250m3/hr suction capacity, but its lower
Now they are refusing to attend.
Instead of all this the service guy clearly told not to buy it online. I challenged them that how can they give false information. Further they told that they will prove me the suction capacity, but still now i am waiting for it to be done.
