After registering a complaint regarding my cooking range which was bought 3yrs back no one turns up and over and above they close the issue even without attending to it or even visiting the house..
Then it has to be reopened by me again and yet no one turns up even after 5 days and the sick customer care claims that they can understand the problem... Such a delayed response and service is something i have not come across with any of my home appliances... Very sad state of affairs for a brand which claims to be the best in the industry...
Now that i am stuck with this cooking range after shelling out 50grand i can only pray that someonewill really look into the matter.
This has been the case everytime i have requested for the service in these last three years. Not once i felt the response being satisfactory. Was this information helpful? |
