Worst customer service team ever. Disconnecting the call without even informing of the ticket is raised or no. Nor the timeline or tat for the technician to connect with me.
Not expected this from Elica. If someone higher the chain is looking at this, kindly resolve the issue and give clear communication to clients calling.

I registered a complaint with Elica on the 20th July till now I haven't received any call from any technician. I've been constantly trying to contact your customer but no response...is their any timeline for customer complaints or just customers waiting for resolution.
I haven't expected from Elica.
Help with quick resolution please
