[Resolved] Elica — did not receive product after payment done

We have made payment for elica chimney at gangaram, chandanagar, hyderabad on 25th august. Product did not receive till now. Its been multiple calls with dealer. He mentioned that product has to come from pune and it came on friday. The last commitment was, installation to be completed by toay morning by 8:30. Its 8:25 now and did not receive any communication. We lost all trust on elica (Though we are existing customer) and request to not to give false commitment/promises which makes frustration. I hate to call to the dealer for follow-up.
