Shame!
I have been a customer of Armani products both at the Georgio Armani Store and the Emporio Armani Store, New Delhi. During the many years, since they have opened in DLF Emporio, i have been a loyal customer, i am sure that many of their salesmen will recognize me in person... I have bought scores of pieces from both stores probably in equal numbers from both the stores. Recently few months back, i have purchased many items at Emporio... The clothes have all shrunk drastically in one wash/dry cleaning... I have strictly followed the instructions on the labels on the Shirts... The shameful part and most shocking to me is that the Armani brand has like most cheap and unscrupulous stores, has simply bothered not to take the issue seriously or simply coming up with excuses and not taking responsibility for SERIOUS quality issues of Armani products.
I wouldn't bother normally, to waste my time for the few lacs that i have spent this time, It is because, Armani has let down a loyal customer of years... CHEAP and SHAMEFUL. Sorry to say it. Was this information helpful? |
