In October 2014, I bought a pair of sunglasses at the Emporio Armani store in Rome, Italy. When I first wore them, one of the glasses fell out. According to an optician, the frame of the sunglasses has a production error and cannot be repaired. I have got the guarantee certificate, but nobody wants to help me.
- The online help of armani.com informed me that they can only help in case of online purchases.
- The Armani corporate site tells me to contact the dealer, where I bough the sunglasses. There is no possibility to contact the corporate center via email.
- However, I bought the sunglasses in Rome and I live in Zurich, Switzerland. The local store in Zurich told me that they could not help me, because they only sell Giorgio Armani.
- I tried to call the shop in Rome several times, but they do not answer the phone. There is no email address of that store available in the armani.com store locator.
I am very dissatisfied both with the quality of the product and with the lack of customer service that I experience. Please advise how I can get can the sunglasses repaired or replaced. Was this information helpful? |
