i got a birthday present from my family.
it was EA Watch worth 16, 500 purchased in october 2015.
i was quit shocked after knowing the price of such basic design watch.
to my surprise, i wore not more than 5times and it stopped working.
it is a shock to us when i called the store they told me that i have to visit the store and it will take 40 days to be repaired. because of the brand i was atleast expecting a home pickup and home drop of the product. i am glad such basic watch which doesnt even have a date function in it can stop within few days of functioning. will never recommend to anyone nor will by from such brands ever.. now since i am stuck with the procut and they wont raise any refund for the same i urge to atleast facilitate a little convenience to the customers.
such watch can also be bought from other stores for not more than 1000rs and they do last for about 4-5yrs!!
