[Resolved] Empowerreward.com — No process of the order

Dear Customer Care,
I have been offered FOCE watch coupen code to be redeemed at empowerreward.com by ICICI bank for opening an RD Deposit. I redeemed my coupen code at the site on 27th Jan 2014 and paid handling charges of 299 through HDFC credit card. But till now the order has not been processed. I have been sending reminders to "[protected]@empowerreward.com" for the same but nobody responding. As per my HDFC bank the Authorization code for the transaction is 089093 and the money is with Essel Marketing. Attached is my HDFC credit card statement. Kindly help to get this resolved.

foce watch offer

i have been issued a coupon code from icici bank for opening a iwish account. i have redeemed my coupon at Empowerreward.com but they have deducted my money and yet i have not received my foce watch. my order id is 6093.

I was offered FOCE Watch against opening I wish account with ICICI bank.I have already paid shipping charges and bill no is[protected] /650123 by ICICI bank debit card but still I have not received my watch. Please help me.
