[Resolved] Empowerreward.com — rs299 Deducted Twice - Not Responding

Dear Customer Care, I have been offered FOCE watch coupon code to be redeemed at empowerreward.com by ICICI bank for opening an iWish Deposit. I redeemed my coupon code at the site on 25th Jan 2014 and paid handling charges of 299 through HDFC credit card and CITI Credit Card. But till now the order has not been processed. I have been sending reminders to "[protected]@empowerreward.com" for the same but nobody responding. As per my HDFC bank the Authorization code for the transaction is 013559 and Citi Bank Credit card 908328 and the money is with Essel Marketing. Is this company Fraud associated with ICICI Bank.??? Naveen D contact no -[protected] Kindly help to get this resolved..

I am also affected by this cheap deal . I made i wish account and paid 299 for shipping . After sending lots of e mail a lady called me and assured me that they will ship out the watch. I send her watch preference and shipping address but till not ( after 1 month ) I havent received watch.

Cheap bank and cheap partners !

I took this issue to icici bank . ! They bluff that they aren't getting any complaints . Icici s having fraud with this fake third party companies . Call up I ice and complain . If you don't get response in 4 days it will be escalated from their side .. Please call icicl, screw them ... You can raise a dispute case regarding this ...

I have already called and escalated to ICICI, but they refused to take responsibility saying I should have red terms and conditions on their site . Any issue should be handled by their vendor and they can not help . I was furious and told them that it was their responsibility as well, as the promotion was on their authorised website and it is degrading their image . Now some supervisor is calling up every week and asking if I have received the watch.

Sir, I was offered FOCE watch by the company against my I wish account in ICICI bank.For this I paid Rs.299 for shipping charges through ICICI bank .The Bill details are--Bil/[protected]/shipping charges for/650123 .But till now no response from the company.Please help me in redeeming my reward.
