Emvantage Payments — Car Insurance renual

Dear Sir, I renewed my car insurance for my toyota etois (reg no. MH-31 DV-2236). Policy no. TCH/97137569 through web site www.ttibi.co.in. on 08/08/2015 money deducted from my account through online payment gateway but policy not renewed. And also i did not get the refund till now. Insurance people saying they did not receive money please find attached herewith my transaction slip. Please sort out your internal problems and do the needful Regards, Nripendra Mishra
