Emvantage Payments — order placed on amazon and payment deducted but amazon didn't receive

Hello,

This is regarding one order placed through a business account on amazon on 3rd aug 2019. The payment was done using sbi corporate banking. The account shows that the payment is successful and money is deducted from our account. But amazon has not received, amazon representatives say they see a hard decline.

In the account statement, it clearly reflects transaction reference number and given via or to emvantage.

Can you please check if the transaction is complete? And how to proceed if not
