Myself Amrik Singh father of Amitpal Singh who expire in 2019 29 January who works in concentrix daksh Pvt Ltd till he is in this world after his death I have submitted a claim form for EDLI insurance in the month of July in your Gurgaon office his PF No. GN/GGN/10640/108469 UAN no[protected] and till now it's october I didn't get any reply or claim against that form.I know the situation and in this pendamic situation I am also alone nobody is there to take care of me and at the age of 65+ I can't come to your office again and again because I already come there 2 times but ur ur guards not allow me to enter the premises n instead of that they give me a form to fill n drop in a drop box n said that I got the rely within one week but no reply till now so I request you to please look forward to it and kindly resolve this issue ASAP it will be more helpful for me.
