Epf Office Gurgaon — PF amount not yet credited

Hi Sir,

My name is Rocky Mark Dcruze i had applied for my PF and its been almost more than a month, my relatives had applied they PF and the got theirs in 15-20 days time and mine has not yet come in when am checking online nothing i can see. And when am calling all the Office numbers no one bothers to answer the phone calls. They are multiple numbers but none of them are answered. These are the numbers +[protected], 4666183, 2882044, 4115673, 2882255, 2578748, i had also registered online as Register your Grievance, but nothing i had received as an answer, the registration number is HRGGN/E/2016/05816,
The Grievance is lodged with the office : EPFO, RO, Gurgaon

Now when am calling them am only getting a voice mail stating that sorry the number is busy and this number stays busy all through the day. My PF number is GG/GGN/31492/0002456. i JUST WANT TO ASK WHEN IS MY PF GOING TO BE CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. Why is that those people are not answering our calls and when we care calling something or the other they tell me sir he is having lunch or outside some thing or the other. Cant they be active enough to attend our calls and be helpful enough to help us.
